Valentines Day Chef Dinner

Grab the special people in your life and join us in the Barrel room to enjoy a Valentine's Day Three Course dinner prepared by Chef Justin Daniel. Check in starts at 6:30 PM for Reception Cocktail and Dinner served at 7:00 PM. Featured Cocktails as well as full bar will be available for purchase.

1st Course Appetizer:

  Berkshire Pork Dumpling Ground Berkshire pork wrapped in delicate pastry, served with a rich lobster bisque and a quail egg garnish. Accompanied by mizuna greens and a yuzu lime aioli for a tangy finish.  

Second Course Main:

Surf and Turf Duo Grilled ribeye steak paired with pan-seared mahi-mahi, complemented by a lemon-chervil butter sauce. Served with roasted asparagus seasoned with smoked spices and creamy Yukon gold smashed potatoes. 

Third Course Dessert:

Passionfruit Pavlova Crisp meringue topped with a luscious passionfruit curd, fresh raspberries, and a drizzle of brown butter caramel. Paired with rich chocolate truffles for a decadent finish. 

Seating is limited, and 21 & over event. Please let us know if you’re with a group so we can accommodate.
