Grab the special people in your life and join us in the Barrel room to enjoy a Valentine weekend Five Course dinner prepared by Chef Justin Daniel. Check in starts at 6:30 PM and Dinner served at 7:00 PM. Featured Cocktails as well as full bar will be available for purchase.

First Course: Prawn Bisque, Parmesan Tuiles and Crispy Leeks

Second Course: Strawberry Salad, Arugula, Beetroot, Toasted Pine Nuts, Chile Oil, Champagne Vinaigrette

Third Course: Ricotta Stuffed Ravioli, Toasted Chestnut Beurre Blanc, Sweet Potato and Thyme Chip, Sautéed Wild Mushroom

Fourth Course: Wagyu Beef Wellington, Roasted Root Vegetables, Cognac Au poivre Cream Sauce, Pickled Mustard Seed Relish 

Fifth Course: Maple Sticky Toffee Pudding, Salted Caramel Sauce, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
