First Course: Butternut squash bisque
Second Course: Flank steak carpaccio salad
Third Course: Cajun turkey roulade with cornbread stuffing, cranberry gremolata, citrus volute and rice
Fourth Course: Sous vide ham with spiced pineapple, yams, and maraschino cherry jelly
Fifth Course: Chefs surprise dessert
